Massage Your Mind, Massage Your Body
For many people the idea of how to massage their mind to massage their body is a foreign concept. So many people are still living unaware of the power of the mind in affecting their body.
I am a massage therapist and people come to me wanting me to massage away their pain and stress. For years I have helped with that or rather they have allowed themselves to relax to experience their own pain relief and stress reduction.
But many people are still stressed out and in pain.
For many reasons. The diet they eat, the stress their jobs put them under, lack of self care, their family life, and their mind, specifically their subconscious mind. Many people are so still very unaware(as I was until the last several months) how deeply stress in the subconscious mind affects their body.
It was not until I was guided to a healing modality called PSYCH-K that I began to understand the conscious mind and subconscious mind. Originally I was guided there as a tool for dealing with my cancer diagnosis. But then it morphed into understanding how everyone, everyone has subconscious mind stress, some more than others.
The Conscious Mind and Subconscious Mind
I had heard of the conscious mind and subconscious mind through the years but had never really understood them until I began my PSYCH-K training.
We have two minds(really three) but here I will speak about the 2. It is the conscious mind that most people are aware of most of the time. Yet it is the subconscious mind that is most powerful because as the graphic to the left shows, it is what people are actually operating from 95% of the time.
The subconscious mind is where everything is stored that has ever happened to someone.
When there are stress full events or self limiting beliefs stored in the subconscious mind, they can run like a stress loop in the person's subconscious mind without them even being aware of it.
It is that mind loop that can cause havoc on the body. So when dealing with pain relief and stress reduction, sickness and illness, it is very important to look into the mind, especially the subconscious mind. Doing this can help positively affect a person's body.
How massaging the subconscious mind massages the body
It is the subconscious mind that runs the body.
When self enhancing beliefs are put into the subconscious mind, it creates a healthier perception of one's self and of life. That perception(based on belief) is what sends electrical signals to the brain and then the brain releases the proper chemicals into the body. It's a physiological process in the mind/body.
So a stressed out subconscious mind = a stressed out body.
Like in the graphic to the left. Subconscious static is programming that is fragmented and scrambled.
Where as subconscious programming that is serene is programming that supports a person with self enhancing beliefs.
Our natural state is serenity. It is programming for many that limits them from experiencing that serenity.
Clear out(re-program) the subconscious static and subconscious serenity can happen.
So many people are not even aware that they can change their subconscious mind.
It is that subconscious programming that I have been seeing and feeling in others for years when I massage them. I thought just having them meditate or do yoga or just the massage would help their pain relief and stress reduction. It sometimes did.
But ultimately it comes to changing the self limiting beliefs and re-framing or releasing stressful events stored in the subconscious mind.
PSYCH-K has given me a tool to help others do that.

- Feeling like they have to be on all the time.

- Unforgiveness at others and at oneself.

PSYCH-K helps to shift the self limiting beliefs and re-frame stress filled events and thus the perceptions in a person's subconscious mind. So what is PSYCH-K?
Massage the Mind with PSYCH-K
PSYCH-K is a set of processes that helps to re-write self limiting beliefs to self enhancing beliefs and re-frame stressful situations in the subconscious mind.
These processes help bring balance to the body because when the subconscious mind has less stress then the body experiences less stress too. With less stress there is more pain relief and increased energy in the body.
This is very similar to what a massage does as well.
Massage helps to release the feel good neurotransmitters in the body and in the mind. PSYCH-K can also help in releasing the feel good neurotransmitters too. Except with PSYCH-K the balancing process is long term. In this way it is massaging the body from the inside out, with results that last.
It is very exciting for me to offer this healing modality to be able to help people deeply massage themselves with results that last. It takes pain relief, stress reduction, increased energy and peace of mind to the next level.
