However the ultimate guidance always comes from within you, whether you are in a yoga class with lots of people or you are happy doing a home practice with yourself. There are benefits to both of these styles of yoga practice, and some people gravitate towards one style of practice more than the other***
Yoga is a meditation, a life path focus of being mindful and present in ALL areas of life, not just in physical yoga poses. Unity of mind, body and spirit can be in every moment.
