My massage training of over 1100 hours came from the Cortiva Massage Institute in Seattle. I also have hundred of hours of continuing massage education and self study.
Translating mind/body medicine to the written word- I am also a writer and have authored several health articles on massage therapy, yoga, meditation and mind/body healing from the inside out.
