Emotional/Mental Nutrition-When we get to the root of our emotional stress(quitting a job, self forgiveness and forgiveness of others or leaving an unhealthy relationship) we can dig out that painful root and re-plant healthy thoughts and mental practices within us to help our body release all the feel good hormones of joy, love and happiness. 
Mind nutrition I like to call this. What we think affects our body in a tremendous way, negative and positive.

I work with you in developing a discipline in your thoughts and your mind to re- focus you for positive mental habits and thoughts which can lead to emotional healing and freedom. 


Physical Stress.  Mind nutrition was above and now we have physical nutrition which has a huge impact on our stress levels.  Eating foods that are processed, eating sugar or lots of caffeine, alcohol and drugs-all of these affect the stress load on our body.  When our body has to process so many toxins it can overload our systems and cause problems in our immune system, digestive system, endocrine and just about every system with in us.

When we eat a healthy diet our body can rest. Our body does not have to work so hard to process toxins. Then it can heal and stay relaxed and peaceful.

And since all is linked..if we physically overload our sacred temple with processed food instead of healthy food it always seeps into our emotional body. Nothing is separate within us.

Other forms of physical stress are overworking our body with too much physical labor and not allowing our body to rest and heal.  Working long hours in manual labor, or sitting at a computer for long hours at a time, all of these are physical stressors.


Physical nutrition- Our body is a vibration of energy, the food we eat affects that vibration.  The closer you eat to foods the way the earth created it, the closer you are to the divine energy and vibration we flow as, this is a light feeling in the  body. Processed foods, sugar, alcohol and drugs cause a heavier,  more dense like feeling in the vibration of a person.
