It is amusing to me that after almost 14 years practicing yoga..that my brain still tries to get me to find things to avoid communing lovingly with my body/mind. Last night as I began my meditation/yoga time I caught my thoughts saying.."ok lets hurry up and get through this yoga practice and then we can get on with life". So I slowed down more to let go of that stress. Ha ha...as if there is anywhere to be but here and now present in the body, feeling deeply into the vibration that runs throughout..letting go, opening up and allowing that amazing life force to flow....♥ This is how you massage yourself from the inside out....
