Hello beautiful beings! Breath lesson. Mind brain has stress. Body brain feels stress. Because our cells throughout us have 'ears' on them. Stress...Limits the the life force energy in us. Breath carries healing energy(that life force) and consciousness. Pay attention to how you breathe...are you able to truly get deep opening breaths around your heart(front and back) and up into your shoulder blades? Can you feel your breath down into your toes? If not try it..and practice, keep practicing. Breath is the life force that connects everything....you can use your breath to relax your mind, your muscles, your entire being. You can use your breath to heal, feel and reel in the peace of the universe....<3
