Hello Redding and Beyond. This post is a healthy massage for your insides in taking you deeper into the awareness of the food you eat and how it affects your being.
In my last post I explained a little bit about vibration and food and how we are what we eat. I also explained due to some recent health issues I was literally guided to give up all gluten, all dairy and all meat. Little did I know that my email to clients and friends would spark interest in one client who passed along an extraordinary book to me, The book is called Patient Heal Thyself by Jordan S. Rubin. This is the website of the author www.patienthealthyself.net.
The book is based on eating from a perspective of the food the creator gave us. Whole, organic, healthy un-processed foods.
This book and his insights and own self healing are amazing. He healed himself from the digestive, often times fatal Chron's Disease. He speaks from a medical, clinical aspect for health. He doesn't go into food vibration that way I do but he does fully understand the importance of having a healthy intestinal system. In fact he equates much of human disease to the lack of a healthy intestinal system in most people. It is the first line of defense and health in everyone. He stresses(in a mellow way) the importance of having a healthy intestinal flora and fauna. This means not eating processed food, processed sugar, meat and dairy injected with hormones and antibiotics. Just like in nature the balance of life, this is directly related to the balance of our inner intestinal life as well.
I speak to people alot about vibration of food..because I am particularly aware of the subtle energies that exists and don't exist in food and how that affects our own vibration. Some people understand that and some do not and that's ok. If you think about it plant food and living food has a living energy in it that processed meats, dairy and sugar and other processed foods don't have. This is the vibration aspect. But if you don't understand that level of it, read the book and you can at least get a physical understanding of why unhealthy intestines opens your body for a myriad of physical and emotional disease.
I won't explain the whole book here. If you or anyone you know has digestive problems..this is a book to read. Even if you don't have digestive problems this is still an extraordinary book to read, because the true health of everyone's gut is super important and he breaks this importance down down in a wonderful way. In the book he explains how the health of our intestines is directly related to our emotional health. This is key because he speaks about the 'gut'...being another 'brain'.
And when our 'gut' is out of balance so is our brain. The research and experience of what this man has discovered has helped people from a so many digestive disorders. From a whole body perspective when the digestive system is healthy then other diseases don't set it. So he has helped heal other disease as well. He takes the saying "you are what you eat" even further saying "you are what you assimilate". Meaning what your body takes in as nutrition for your cells. And when your gut is out of balance then your body cannot assimilate the needed nutrients from food.
There is so much more to to what he has discovered and highly encourage you to check this out if you are, like me, interested in extending your life and having a vibrant healthy body/mind.
