Good Morning Redding and beyond. Today can you feel into your body, feel your whole structure, really get into the feeling-ness of BEING in your body? Often times when I am giving massage and come across tight, bound muscles or trigger points of pain, clients will say to me, "You can feel that? Or I didn't know I so tight and sore". This to me is an interesting lesson in body awareness and how much people are not in their bodies and only up in their head disengaged from other parts of themselves. It is possible to make a shift from brain thinking and to bring the awareness into the body. This helps you feel into yourself throughout your whole body. Many tend to forget there is anything below the head and this is why I get those comments above. So today really feel into your skin, deeper than your skin, Use your whole body thinking and feeling and massage yourself with your awareness of every part of you. ♥
