Tell us...what are you going to do today and tomorrow and beyond to carve out that time for yourself to replenish, to re-connect? Massage therapy is a wonderful way to do that yes...and I am talking about spending time with yourself alone in quietness..giving back to you. Meditation, yoga, praying....connect to that source within that is ever flowing. You cannot give fully and deeply to others unless you are giving to yourself. You are always worth it..always.
