You now how some people are tech 'geeks' or book 'geeks'? I am a mind/body geek! Absolutely love the human body! Been studying some new massage techniques for releasing scar tissue and adhesion's from injuries and repetitive stress. Today I practiced them on a regular client..and his shoulders had more mobility in them than ever. I LOVE that..and the capacity of the human body to heal. It was so wonderful to see him walk out of the office with ease and movement! After, almost 12 years of massage experience and 14 years of yoga experience..and I am still totally amazed at the human body/mind!
